Another busy week at work has found myself asking the question, How many mobiles have I owned and can I find a picture of all them?
Sad I know!
I don’t think I’m that fussed about having the latest mobile, the last one I had for over 2 years and my current one was donated by my mate John. Although I am thinking about switching from pay as you go to contract, and I like the idea of sending pictures from my photo to my on-line photo site, Flickr. http://www.flickr.com/photos/jamieclague/tags/mobilephotos/.
1998 1999 - Ericsson GA 628
My first mobile on a Vodafone contract, I don’t think it could send texts or at least I don’t remember sending any. It’s still knocking around some where.
1999 2000 - Nokia 5110
I think I bought this off my sister. I remember John really wanting one, but it would cost him £250!
2000 - 2001- Motorola 2288
I bought this phone in Dublin for flat hunting. It was WAP enabled! It broke in the end!
2002 - Philips Savy
Neil let me borrow this phone for while, it wasn’t very good!
2001 - 2002 Nokia 6210
I still like this phone design today, can’t remember what happened to it?
2002 - 2003 Sony CMD-J5
You could record your own ring tones, Untouchables was popular choice. I lost it in Beluga!
2003 - Sony - CMD-J7
A replacement to the phone I left in Beluga only to leave it in a car while working for Europcar. I then went without a mobile for 4 months!
2003 - Motorola c350
This phone was so crap, after a week I returned it to the shop for a Nokia.
2003 to 2005 - Nokia 3510i
After losing or breaking alot of mobiles, I was determine I would keep this one for a while!Sue is now using this mobile.
2005 to Present - Nokia 7250i
My first camera phone donated to me by John.
