Quick rant about British Telecom this morning! Why do you have foreign call centre, I don’t understand them and you probably don’t understand me either? Do you actually manage your business or just because your so big you don’t need to worry about customers?
So I’m off to Telewest because your incapable of installing a simple telephone line.
