First mountain biking session of the year saw me fall off my bike and bust my knee before I got to the trail head, bloody pedal strap was on too tight! I didn’t take this video, but gives you an idea of the trail at the top. Well done to Kirsty who had her first experience of mountain biking and hopefully might have caught the bug!
