My boss, Robin was explaining to me the other day how he found a game from 1984 he use to play called Elite over the bank holiday weekend. He became that engrossed in explaining the game to his 9 year old son, that he download it, complied it and managed to get it running on Windows XP! He told me it was good example to show his son how programming works, but really I think that was just an excuse!
So anyway that got me thinking about the games I use to enjoy playing on my Amiga 500, I was never really a console man.
How much time did I waste on this
This was like playing in a movie
How many floppy discs?
Classic game
Remember the Kool music?
No sign of Kiera Knightly in this game!
This game is still going strong with a new relase for the PC later in the year.
Wasn’t fan of Captain Planet but the game came free with the Amiga, I think they should bring back Captain Planet!
Remember it had that very cool opening to the game?
This game had two floppies, one for the game and the other just for the ground breaking animation, hrm YouTube? You could fly just about any plane and the HUD was pretty realisc.

I remember most of these titles. Have you looked at http://www.freeonlinegameslist.com/ not that I have the time for such a site.
