Went with Gave and Mike to Gav’s parents holiday home in Kippford, Dumfries. We managed the first BBQ of the year, watched a lot of golf (The Open), went on 30 mile bike ride 18 of which was off road and nearly killed us. Enjoyed some cider in the sun, got sun burnt and consumed a lot of fudge.
Keep your windows closed, no kidding she got a little close for comfort.

I really enjoyed running today and I couldn’t of asked for better weather, dry and slightly breezy.
